Terms and conditions for application use

This website and associated internal application are operated by GAGEC XIAMEN INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD. ("the Company"). The application is a private internal tool for managing the Company's own Amazon seller accounts, including order management, advertising optimization, inventory planning, and sales analytics. This service is not offered to external users, third-party sellers, or the public.

Access to the internal application is restricted to authorized employees and representatives of the Company. Users must authenticate using company-issued credentials. Unauthorized access, sharing of login credentials, or attempts to access data beyond assigned permissions are prohibited.

The application accesses Amazon Selling Partner API and Advertising API data exclusively for the Company's own seller accounts. All Amazon data is subject to Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and applicable API Terms of Service. Users must not export, copy, or share Amazon API data outside of authorized internal business use.

Data accessed through Amazon APIs remains subject to Amazon's terms and conditions. Internal operational data, reports, and analyses generated by the application are the property of the Company. Users do not acquire ownership rights to any data accessed through the application.

Users shall use the application only for legitimate internal business purposes. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse-engineer or extract source code; using data for purposes outside the Company's Amazon business operations; sharing confidential business data with unauthorized parties; any activity that violates Amazon's API terms or applicable laws.

All data, reports, and business information accessible through the application are confidential. Users must protect this information according to the Company's confidentiality policies and applicable employment agreements. This obligation survives termination of access.

The application is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use. The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of Amazon API data, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Company is not liable for business decisions made based on data presented in the application.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms, update or discontinue features, and revoke access at any time. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, submitted to the competent court in Xiamen, Fujian Province.
